PTFE (also called Teflon ) has excellent resistance to both acids and alkalis, restricted abrasion resistance, and has a maximum operating temperature of 500º F.The PTFE felts are costly due to an intensive production process. 

In return PTFE has an outstanding thermal and chemical stability. Our company selects high-quality fine fibers to increase the filtration area of the filter material and reduce the filtration gap of the filter material, which improves the filtration efficiency of the filter material, reduces the emission concentration and operation resistance.

Non-flammable and thermostable organic fiber

Offers extended bag life in low pH applications

Helps reduce differential pressure across the baghouse

Operates in high temperature applications against acid attacks and is resistant to flex abrasion (unlike Fiberglass).

Not recommend for high concentration of alkalis at high temperatures.

Continuous operating temperature 240°C
